The Der Red Max was a popular Estes rocket of decades past. It is remembered for its zany markings and comical Red Max character. This revived version of a past favorite model is identical in size, color and graphics to the original, but has been upgraded with laser cut balsawood fins and a new exclusive Der Red Max parachute. The Der Red Max reaches heights over 500 feet high using standard Estes engines (sold separately), so you can fly it time and time again. It is floats gently back to earth by means of an 18-inch parachute.
